Electric Netting Fence
The spike is made from stainless steel (which goes into the ground). The post is made from ABS plastic and fiberglass. The wire is copper.
There isn’t any requirement for a min Joule. The total length of the netting is not big so any small energizer would work.
You can drive a grounding rod into the ground and wire it to the ground spike on your charger. If soil is sandy and ground is dry we do recommend wetting the ground around the grounding rod. The area around the grounding rod must be kept damp at all times.
